Hope the Leeds guy digs into the coffers and buys some decent signings or else it will be mid table again for Leeds..UTC
Here's one for you Alf, by all accounts, Burnley are having a tremendous season, currently having won 11 of their 30 leagues games so far = 37% wins and sitting 7th in their league

Leeds season is by most accounts turning out to be disastrous, certainly falling away. Leeds have won 14 of there 38 games so far and sit 14th in our league, win percentage = 37%

    Footballs a funny old game

burnley only play 38 games in a season , compared to leeds playing 46 games a season .

plus the big difference is the quality of opposition which is far bigger in comparison to anything leeds face on a regular basis .

The numbers of games per season is covered by the percentage figure, just divide the number of wins by the number of games played.

Quality of opposition is relative to the league you are in, eg it could be argued that Wolves with their alleged resources in our league and spending power are the equivalent of Man U or Man City in the premier. Perhaps I have misunderstood the point you are making?
