Part time may cost us even more. Age old problems again of a provincial club like ours getting players together for training all over the central belt. Travel expenses, even worse football and even lower crowds. I'd like us to try and hang in there on FT football but I know how difficult this must be. The only way we can grow is to build another stand and move Palmerston away from the dark ages, attracting a new fan and maybe some old back. Of course, a home win or two would help.

It's mentioned nearly every year about going part time.
I don't think one bad season would finish us off.
The bigger picture is how do we plug the poor attendances. If we finish 8th then I think we can be justified in getting rid of the management team as one step.

JR mentioned about a new stand. Pie in the sky maybe but I would go one further and just flatten the lot and look to relocate. It's needing far too much work to modernise.

I'd redevelopment Palmerston before thinking of moving away to a new site. Think about all the history there in the last 99 years.

Falkirk moved away from Brockville and this just hasnt been the same.

The only thing that needs redeveloped at Palmerston is the Mainstand

The main stand has been there since the fire to the old main stand in the early Sixties. More moss on the roof than the pitch. LOL. There was talk back in December 2014 at the Queens Trust night about rebuilding the main stand and also more recently too.

The Memories of the Modern Era book had the plans in place since the Kenny Crichton days for stands at Terregles Street and Portland Drive ends.

Take the visiting fans totals away from these figures and it really shows that Queens fans are in decline
