It was built in 1907. I would hazard a guess at 1925 when Rotherham County, who previously had the ground merged with Rotherham Town to become Rotherham United

Could be.... or first Rotherham County game in Division 2 on 30/08/1919.

I understand (or the information I was provided with) says 1933.

The relevance of this is a personal one. It was the year my Dad went to his first game and has been following them ever since. Nearly 95 he is.
