Club Phylosophy and Template for the future.

I’d like to see the club set a plan for the future based on a style of play and an ethos that players know they have to buy into and a commitment that all future managers and coaches understand has to be adhered to.

If it means dropping another division before we get this right like Wolves have then so be it.

I’ve really admired Southampton over the last few seasons,a terrific side to watch up until this year and destroyed in short order by the greed of of a non football interested female owner.

I want to see our youngsters given opportunities like Southampton have done over a long period.

Sam Field is the best young midfielder we’ve produced since Bryan Robson and should be our main man next season,if he isn’t then it means we’ve employed another moron.

Berahino was a fool but in truth we’re culpable in ruining a player that was the player most likely to play alongside Harry Kane for England three years ago.

We are not a good club for youngsters during the last 40 years.....it’s time for this to change!

A blueprint we can ALL buy into please Mr Jenkins.

There is no point watching football Pulis style. That is why I stopped along with many others.
Although for some fans it's all about being in the Prem for me it's enjoying the spectacle.
    Therefore I'm 100% with you 4.

I would agree to that too. The only sour thing is that it might not stop Southampton getting relegated either. It seems to me that if you are not a "Top six" club you are on borrowed time in the prem.

I agree too, even though i said staying in the prem was more important than the football.
Scharner said we have lost our DNA. Time to get it back.
