    The novelty factor is the main reason for the large following. If you throw in two league games and a possible cup tie, your fans will not travel so often. Even home supporters are bored with same old teams visiting every other week.

    Very true - personally I hate the 10 team leagues and Queens management also made this clear at the recent
    Meet the Manager night but in their opinion the SPFL would not change it in the forseeable future.

    Ross County slipped to bottom again after a home goalless draw . We could well have the prospect of County and ICT in the league next year. In other news , Spartans will play Cove Rangers over two games and the winner will play bottom dogs Cowdenbeath for a place in senior football. This is the second season on the trot that the Blue Brazil have finished last and they will be hoping for a repeaat of the narrow win that kept them up in the two legged play off final of last season.
