    That performance today was truly pathetic and clearly indefensible. Just when we needed to consolidate our position to maximise the season ending prize money we turn in that shambolic rubbish. Watching amongst a generally discontented support I saw no evidence of a team structure or a game plan whatsoever with players seemingly unsure of where to play or what to do. Naysmiths comments on the back of that game will be interesting to say the least and may have a significant bearing on his future.

    Can't look through my Royal Blue glasses any longer - just got to admit we are a bang average side with a bang average
    management team - big changes needed in the set up from top to bottom before our centenary season.

    I actually think he comes across well in interviews. Honest, engaging and knowledgeable. Sadly on the pitch we have been awful this season and as he rightly says that is ultimately his responsibility.
