Let's hope we( i.e the owner(s)) learn from, and prosper from this year's excellent progress. If not it could be a long, hard season no matter how much CW manages to produce from journeymen and triers.

That's the problem though- the more a manager produces from so little the more the board think it's the norm and expect it to happen on a shoestring.
Then we get the downward spiral, then we sack people, panic and slide further down.............. and repeat.

agree 100% but i can see it all going pear shape,cause if the bog roll prince gets power ,wilder will leave,and if mcabe keeps his power wilder will get a pittance at this levels standards.
