You'll be accused of "pant pishing".

However, bringing in trialists two weeks before the first game, when we are a minimum of 4 short in the squad, is ridiculous.
The starting X1 you can just about get away with at a push (although i think we're two short) but there is very little back up.
One or two injuries and we're f****d.

With that squad, realistically what do we expect in the first 3 games (Burnley home and away and the scum at home)

At the moment it'll probably be 3 defeats and thats only being realistic, This was always going to happen with the albatross of new stadium round our necks. Its all milne cares about, And the first team can suffer 😑 🔫

It's also odd that hearts get brought up when talking about signing failed foreign players yet here we are

I wouldn’t be too concerned about maybe letting in 10 goals in the 3 matches....Del always sets us out to win matches and with the abundance of attacking talent we have we will score a barrel load.

I was weary of not completely sh!tting the bed about signings but now we're running short of time and it's starting to bother me. Any rumours of possible signings seem to have faded and all we have to go on is half news of a semi-anonymous Hearts reject. McInnes has been pretty good at keeping a lid on transfers in the past and I hope something is sprung on us out of nowhere but I'm not holding my breath...

Pretty much my thoughts.
Seems pretty clear we’ve really run out of ideas & options.
Gleeson, Ferguson & Forrester seem decent enough signings.
But we’re threadbare & 4 Nowak type signings (in terms of standard) will not cut it I’m afraid.
