As McInnes said the scouting was that bad when he took over he had to make a choice to concentrate on the English/British market. He's hopeful of expanding that now.
I'm being fat too simplistic I know, but paying two scouts £65k per annum each is the equivalent of paying a journeyman like O'Connor £2500 per week.
