This "aye they ken eachother" needs nipped in the bud. Hobbitf@ckpig left Reading in 07. Rodgers became manager in 09. So why were the warm embraces again

Hmmmm, fair enough. I stand corrected.
Its been widely regarded that they worked together before.

    Will you please jog on
You don't need to admit that you've made it all up like most of the nonsense you post. You've replied several times and attempted to back your "fact" up once, with a smarmy post. Good effort.

Wasn’t he the coach of the reserves kids when Hayes was there, still no reason to embrace

    Good spot Basingstokered.

The 29-year-old began his youth career at Reading, where Rodgers was the academy director

So they had known each other at Reading and can explain why they embraced

I have but still see all the replies & that alone clogs nearly every ruddy thread.
He's a contrary dog with a bone. I don't get why anyone engages with him?
    Please stop...
I will but only if someone promises to bump the thread with his 3rd internet meltdown when it comes. No way I’m missing that.

When he was at the DABS, always thought he was over-rated & lightweight.
Can’t remember him having many good games or standing out against us.
Not as good as Christie or McLean, the two that currently could play his role.

He was young then and people are looking for more technical ability in the team.
He may have filled out more and expanded since he went to Portugal, I don't know.
I also heard previously he would prefer to go to another team in Europe than come back to Scotland, but that could be rumour pish

Christie (although poor of late) and McLean will be very tough to replace

Chris Cadden was subject to rumours before and will go into the season with only a year left on his contract.
I doubt Motherwell would let him go cheap though and there would be a lot of suitors I'm sure.

What do you think it would take?
Do you think Motherwell would accept £500k? If so I think he'd be worth getting

That said, right wing / mid is probably not on our priority list
