I heard he was still signing for us but it might just be shyte.

Sunderland are apparently after him and a load of Scottish players including Chris Maguire and Clark Robertson.

Looks like Ross is going down the route of flooding his team with ex SPFL players which has never worked in the past for Scottish managers down in Englandshire.

Their chairman quoted as saying they’ve “had a Scottish midfielder down we are confident will sign”

Agree Ross is going down the Scottish connection...

Apparently they’re after Alim Ozturk, ex Hearts centre half & Lyle Taylor (isn’t that the big centre forward Partick had on loan?)

If Maguire and Robertson hadn't played for us then we would be delighted to sign them. Robertson was Blackpool's player of the year was he not?

Hmm not sure about Robertson,unless he has improved a great deal since he left I always thought he made Considine look good which is quite an achievement.

Neither my cup of tea, if indeed you would be content on signing them....crack on, however, do not expect many dandies to be agreeable to either.

From what I read he is a left sided centre back these days instead of a left back like he was for us,maybe he has improved he is a bit older now.

Then again Ash Taylor was Northampton’s POTY and I wouldn’t be thrilled if we resigned him either.

DM would certinaly take Taylor back. He wouldn't take Robertson back.
