I am convinced Milne wants out of the job as chairman at Aberdeen FC.
The problem is that no one else wants the job. He has truly f@cked McInnes in this transfer window. Spiel about having a even bigger budget than last year and having extra funds through DNA are going to come back and haunt him when after the first 3 matches the fans now realise we are going to do the square root of f@ck all this season.
McInnes under pressure will shoulder the blame onto Milne also.
The extra cash for the new stadium is haunting Milne as he doesn’t want to shoulder any financial burden upon himself. This is his way out by letting down the manager he loves.

Anyhoo the signings have been ok. Think Devlin will be decent and Forrester getting good reviews . Genuinely excited by the Ferguson signing .

Regardless of what some are say Ball is a more than decent addition to the squad. Novak if signed will be a cheap squadfiller no more no less. It would have been nice to be completely tooled up before Burnley but that was never going to happen .

We can't expect every target to sign and that definitely isn't McInnes 'fault.In general he has been pretty good at persuading loons to sign.

Everyone knows we were never going to sign a first team left back . There will be more in before the window shuts but our first eleven is reasonably strong. Hibs have lost McGeoch and will lose McGinn . We lost McLean. no point in worrying about the Huns as they were always going to be spending this Summer. We will still be able.to give them a game but might struggle for second. Hearts i have absolutely no clue about but suspect they won't be any great shakes.
