It's hard to defend some of the mistakes he made right enough. In the games I saw him in I thought he was a cross between genius and stinking. Flashes of brilliance mixed with youthful error. He thought he was miles better than all the players round him, and in some cases I think he was a better footballer. But you have to be able to back arrogance up with consistency and he couldn't do that.
If he's been punted in Israel maybe his heads not right after all.

no i agree when on game he was the missing link. He wasnt fit mentally or physically but i still think he would have won us the game at hamilton! off bench or not. He got punted for some comment about Jews apparently. Not sure what but even if not true its a great story
