Based on an earlier thread, would you have as manager Warne or McCarthy?

No arguments on wages allowed.

This time last season McCarthy with Warne as No2 to learn the ropes.

Now - Warne, but McCarthy has experience etc that someone somewhere will benefit from

Warne for me. Took over the club at an extremely difficult time

McCarthy with Warney under his wings (he’d learn a lot and quicker) but I don’t think Warney would like that

Warne. He's rebuilding the club and things are progressing nicely under his management. He's inexperienced so will make mistakes but he'll also learn from them.
McCarthy is one of yesterday's men. He's had his time and should retire gracefully now.
