Very well put. Milne is only interested in growing the spending of the general fans who unlike him don’t have the vast wealth he currently sits on.
You won’t grow the fan base of a club when you don’t win anything as such to make a big difference. Give the fans a team that wins and competes for everything and you will give yourself a chance of growing.
Under Milne we are just going through the motions as he will not spend his money but expect the fans to bail him out.

Perfectly written, speculate to accumulate etc, if you have a team on the pitch you get arses on seats and therefor cash in bank.
When was last time we had a signing who put 4/5k on the gate, I would say Charlie Nicholas.
All this fans fundraising besides the season ticket money should be matched £for£ by Milne.
Hes spending next to zero on his club, all precios debt he accumulated was basically written of by Wm Donald, then we have Dave Cormack coming in and we are lead to believe that he has even more money than Milne, so my question is, When we going to spend to compete, instead of spending to just appease the fans with a Europa League quallifier or two every season?
