Eating fresh fruit and veg is great but not everything goes into a pie.

I'm a Bill Bailey type vegetarian

"I am a vegetarian. I'm not strict. I eat fish. And duck, but they're nearly fish, aren't they? . . . And pigs, cows, sheep, anything that lives near water. I'm like a postmodern vegetarian. I eat meat ironically."

Some interesting responses here, and not what i expected. The last time i raised the environment on this forum I learn't some new insults. Choice is important here and Veganism is extreme to say the least and not for me. i love the way he is running his football club - clean energy water recycling, all good stuff we can learn from. By the way all of this is cost effective and helps support the budget for playing staff. Who knew?

The connection between the environment and veganism is quite slim, maybe yes it saves on a few farting cows but overall avoiding meat is a flea on the back of a flea on the elephants back.

Btw is it ok for vegans to use products containing palm oil?
