So the allegation was made in good faith according to what has been said.
Bong just jumped in straight away and made the accusation without even thinking about it or the consequences.
Now it has been dismissed through lack of constructive proof, will Bong apologise? I very much doubt it!

It’s a Scottish verdict. Not proven doesn’t mean he didn’t do it so it doesn’t clear him, just says the evidence is inconclusive.

True, however, they can prove that Bong made an accusation which was not proven and that fact is not inconclusive. What is to stop Bong doing exactly the same to another player, then another and another. They have been unable to prove that a racist remark was made, however, this still leaves a very bad smell as far as I am concerned because the accusation was made against a fellow professional when it was obvious that nothing could be proved. As we know all this only goes one way.
