I am not defending Bong and certainly do not condone what he has done...But... Can you imagine how he feels if he 'Genuinely' feels that what he heard was what he reported to the Ref/FA/Hearing and he is convinced that JRod is lying?
Remember the case was dismissed due to lack of evidence and NOT because it was proven exactly what JRod actually said, or didn't say.

Mr Bong is so sure of himself, such certainty, he knows what he knows, no possibility of him being wrong or being mistaken. If I didn't know he was black, I could almost imagine it was a racist, white supremacist I was listening to.

Bong in my opinion genuinely feels he had a case that needed answering. I am not doubting that. It was taken to Tribunal and found not proven. It is wrong to then throw again the same accusation at Jay Rod. Jay had to put his case to the Tribunal. What recourse does he have now to this repetition? If you read the full 30 page report it appears that Bong suffers from selective hearing because there are quite a number of discrepancies about some things which were said except the one thing that he is certain he heard --even though he didn't hear other things.
The FA must be really hacked off that they couldn't hang Jay out to dry after putting all their resources into the case.
