O/T Stop Waving Your Hands About

Ever since some bozo said that waving ya flippin hands around when talking makes you somehow look more intelligent then everybody's at it. Its as though they are attempting to communicate with the deaf. Im sure slimy George Osbourne started the trend of manic waving. Even TV cameras zoom in on the hands when politicians are droning on, its so damned annoying. Check out this 2 minute clip to get what I'm on about

Always been people that do this. Can't say if it has got worse or not as a rarely watch news on TV nor political programmes. It does tend to be those types that do it. No one I work with seems to do it.

Glad it's not just me, Phil.
Some PR tw*t must have had a big conference a few years back, and nearly everyone flaps about these days on the box (to make them look "passionate").
The worst example is Bumfluff Lineker. Admitted he did need a boot up the arse a couple of years ago, but he now sits on a deckchair, falling out all over the studio floor, just to tell us something we all saw for ourselves on the pitch.
2nd worst was Dave Cameron, who would wave about with his shirtsleeves rolled up, pretending to be "passionate".
    Bloody phoneys.

On the other hand if you tied up the Italians hands they would be struck dumb...
