    The run in fixtures

    Tuesday Tuesday 17th April 2018

    Brechin City v Dundee United
    Dumbarton v Inverness Caledonian Thistle

    Saturday 21st April 2018

Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Dunfermline Athletic
    Livingston v Brechin City
Queen of the South v Dundee United

    Tuesday 24th April 2018

    Livingston v Inverness Caledonian Thistle

    Saturday 28th April 2018

    Dundee United v Livingston
    Dunfermline Athletic v Dumbarton
Greenock Morton v Inverness Caledonian Thistle

I can see 2 scenarios for last game 3 points to finish second or Livy have already clinched 2nd place and will rest most of their first team.

being realistic we are really relying on them to drop points v ICT and hoping we keep winning. cant see them dropping v brechin tbh

be surprised if we finish above livi tbh. reckon we'll drop points v qots away but thats only imo

if we remain undefeated with similar performances to last two games then if we finish 3rd/4th then not overly concerned as we should have momentum to get the results in the first play off game.

Lucky in that dunf and livi have to play ICT as other form team.

Lucky that we have Livi at home on last day so chance to overhaul them if we are two or less points behind

Unlucky that rivals other matches are against part timers so they will be picking up points.

There is no substitute for taking care of our own matches. We have had some poor form away from home. Brechin have already taken points off us this season.

Just got to keep the high intensity for Tuesday and Saturday and make sure we get the wins. Then can see where that takes us for the final day.

Fingers crossed but I think with theses fixs then if we win next two then we will have a chance of second on last day

    COME ON UNITED!!

I do believe that if we win our remaining fixtures we will get second. But it is our ability to do just that that is the concerning bit. ICT need to be watched - if they also win their remaining fixtures they will sneak in to the play off spots. On their current form they would be highly dangerous and difficult to beat.

I agree. ICT are really dangerous. Another reason to get second as it might just let us avoid playing them

Just shows how bad and needless the last min goal in livi was to gift them with scobbie backing off allowing the boy to shoot, would be 1 point behind had it finished a draw as it should have

Win at Brechin on Tuesday and we're guaranteed a play off spot. Hopefully if we win that it'll take a wee bit of pressure off the players. If after Saturdays visit to QOS it's impossible to catch Livvy going into the last game i'd play a mixture of kids and fringe players, maybe start with a Briels /Slater partnership in midfield for example.

If we pick up 9 points I'm confident Livi will slip up against ICT. It's all down to us, getting second is crucial here.

We have beaten them twice, this was a more direct result between both sides and recent, and the goal was so avoidable
