Great start to the season. 9 wickets for Ball and 8 for Gurney. Notts need 10 runs to win.

Unbelievable morning. Lancashire lost 8 wickets for 15 runs in just 10.2 overs. Notts currently 5/3 chasing a target of 10!!!!

Notts 10/4 means a 6 wicket win. Bloody good job we weren't chasing 50 the way the pitch seems to be playing!

The BBC correspondent was saying most wickets were avoidable, loose shots etc... still a great win at a ground you really donít want to be playing at in April!

It was reported on the BBC website preview that Lancashire have the best batting line up by far

The Notts batting line up is truly awful for this level. With a tail starting at 7 itís lucky we were only chasing 10. And our bowling saved us on what must have been a very difficult batting track after the first day.

Weíve lost a lot of good batsmen in a very short space of time and are looking very very thin on the ground.

A couple of injuries to the ancient middle order and we are in dire straits.

If we stay up this season it will be a significant achievement by Mooreís
