    Gillingham Post Match Thoughts

A good win with respect to it being at Gillingham, on a Tuesday night and the fact it reduces our magic number to make the playoffs down to 2. Nice to see a subs bench also where every player on there looks capable of playing their part if called upon.

    Thoughts?

Roll on Saturday let's get it over the line.

Great result. Sounds like we could have seen this off many times over. Let's hope the jitters aren't setting in.

Come on lads you're almost there.

Probably won't happen, but if we secure a play-off place, I would prefer to face the Shrews who seem to be faltering - the others look to be coming into/holding better form

Having looked at Vaulks' goal several times I think it should be given to Harry Kane.

Their best player Beckles keeps getting red carded

A good 3 points in what historically is a difficult fixture for us

The finishing line is in sight, hopefully we won’t do a Devon Loch

Shrewsbury had 11 shots tonight v Charlton, didn’t get any on target.

Fine win, defied my pessimistic prediction yet again which I'm happy about. It's all about the playoffs now. Bring it on! (but not Charlton, Portsmouth or Plymouth if possible)
