I think it is the perfect club for his first managerial role.
By the time he has learned the ropes and got experience he could well be our next boss.

Good luck to him,I hope he does well. Hard to know if he will, some top players succed in management, but many don't. At least he's had the advantage of watching one of the world's best coaches at work while he was at Burnley, and he's not daft, he'll have been watching Sean, taking it all in.
