If ever there was a time to seek additional marketing support this is it. I wonder if a new start up company might see this as an opportunity, or even students. I’m not in the habit of dissing the BOD but maybe this is a moment where a little extra vision and creativity could go a long way?
I am with you on this and also generally do not criticise the BoD however communication is an area that they really do need to improve upon.

A desperate plea from Falkirk CEO after a disastrious two seasons in which his club is almost bankrupt and have had to scrap their youth academy. Then our chairman is then criticized for not making a statement and accused of being invisible. It has never been Mr Hewitsons style to sound off to the press etc. - he prefers to work away quietly and keep Queens afloat and progress with projects like the Queens Arena. Mark Blount and the SLO do a magnificent job keeping us informed and there is a statement on the Official Queens Site.

    You’re completely missing the point.

Hewitson is the Chairman of our great little club and I for one would appreciate some form of communication from him. I fully appreciate the fantastic efforts of the SLO, great job guys, and we get the very occasional official club perspective and update from Mark Blount but nothing from Mr Chairman himself and I for one do not understand this lack of anything from the man as to how he feels the club is going especially with our Centenary season fast approaching. Is it really too much to ask of a Chairman?
