Can a goal kick technical be a shot at goal. I'm sure the foreigner will confirm this..

As I was writing my last post I thought of goal kicks being counted but I thing that they are deliberate shots on target. There is a bloke or blokette in the stand who counts these and gets paid to put it on the BBC website.

It is the higher number of the two.
