Agree don't hold out much hope. We can afford to rest players next week which gives the players over a fortnight to recharge and Shabba to get his sh7t together

We can't really, because 3rd/4th dictates who's away/home, so we need to win next week. Livi should be resting players though...

It really depends on what you see as more important resting or playing away in first play off game. Apart from us not being very good our biggest problem in play offs if we progress is being dead on our feet. So I plump for the break.

worst result of the season for me today, bar none, and that is saying something. Going into the game today knowing the importance of finishing 2nd, against a team with nothing to play, and not even able to start on the front foot. Absolute shocker.

I'm of the opinion that it was 2nd or nothing for United, and even then it would have been a long shot.

You only have to look at our 3 performances against St Mirren, Falkirk and Brechin, if that's us supposedly on form then we are struggling , and some the names in our line-up today - Murdoch, scobbie, Ling...

Also what manager comes out and says you are 99% sure of play-offs before the job has been done.

Our home form can be ok so I take rest players against Livi and if we are at home first try to get a good lead. We have defend a 2 goals lead away from home .....

    ...oh wait FFS....

He was 100% right - he knew DAFC would score in 95th minute

    shocking result today.

dont change what isnt broken! the only change if any he should have made today was bringing mcdonald in as he made a big difference v brechin that would have been fair enough but to take out gilliespie who has been solid since coming in and protects the defence meant that we didnt have that in front of the defence and generally got out battled like we were a few weeks ago before the upturn in form.

Im not a massive fan of robson but we've kept 2clean sheets since hes been back in so why change the back 4 unless any injuries?
it disrupts everything! scobbie should be put in the same place as quinn and thats preferably nowhere near a football pitch!

the subbies are abit comical tbh. king was coming into the game the gets hooked mcmullan was quiet but capable of doing something and has been in decent form but got hooked. replaced by a still miles off it fraser and lyng who hasnt dont much of note since signing!
i know what he was trying to do with the mikkelson off for the edge (moving moshni up top) but when were losing 2-0 and chasing the game it leaves himself open to more criticism

we've went from looking like a team in the last few games who could grind out results because been solid at the back to conceding 3 goals to a poor qots team who have nothing to play for! shocking!

We should rest any players at need to next week as really not overly bothered if we are away from home in the second leg against dunfermline

We need a bit of rest for the potential gauntlet

They've already rested for most of the season.
