Key fixtures to look out for over next 7 days involving above teams: (top 9 teams in BOLD) are:

    Tuesday 24th April
    —————————
    Bristol Rovers v WIGAN
    Doncaster v BLACKBURN
    Rochdale v PLYMOUTH
    SHREWSBURY v PETERBOROUGH

What does this mean for us :

Only S****horpe can realistically catch us but to do that they would have to win their last 2 games and us lose our last two and even then a 10 goal swing would be required

Charlton still have to play Blackburn at home and Portsmouth away.

Plymouth still have to play us at Home Park and also visit S****horpe

S****horpe are at home to Plymouth.

This does not include the other banana skin games.
Charlton’s other game is at Rochdale, who are fighting for their lives so hardly a gimme.

Plymouth still have (in addition to our visit) have to visit Rochdale

S****horpe on paper have the easiest run in and only of their other games is against teams with something to play for.
Away at MK Dons who look certain to be relegated.

    Peterborough v Fleetwood
    Plymouth v Rotherham

    Wigan v AFC Wimbledon

The downside is that ATM we're playing Charlton who will be favourites to win the play-offs I would think.

1 point guarantees 4th if i'm not mistaken and somebody mentioned this also guarantees the return leg would be at NYS.
    Games would be played:

    10th May (7:45) and 13th May (5:15)
    or
    12th May (12:30) and 16th May (7:45)

I'm praying that we get 4th as I go on holiday on 6th for a week so the return leg on either 13th or 16th would be ok for me. Although the 13th would be cutting it fine as I land back at Liverpool airport at 1:30pm.

I think Preston were favourites when we knocked them out to get to Wembley.
Charlton beat us twice this season and football does have a habit of evening things out, plus, we have two defeats to avenge by them, if that’s not a big enough incentive for us, I don’t know what is.

Preston were favourites the last time we got to the play-offs and we all know what happened to them.
    Keep the faith.

And we've done the double over S****horpe so if we end up playing them they could say the same.

    Surprising.

Shrewsbury not playing well at all ATM and S****horpe are below Charlton although they do have a game in hand.
