Comparing missing two cms to missing 7 players including best midfielders and any attacking threat, most of the players who dig the damage report recently... How very dee like, but really well done on scraping a win against a decimated side

    Chris Kane
    Denny Johnstone
    Murray Davidson
    Blair Alston
    Brian Easton
    Stefan Scougal

"Tommy Wright won’t have anything like the same side to choose from.

Injuries have hit the Perth side hard and the good news for Dundee is the Saints scorers in that 4-0 victory will be missing.

Striker Chris Kane knocked in goals two and four after Jordan Piggott had put into his own net in the first half.

Kane, though, has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign along with possibly Denny Johnstone.

That leaves Wright with just Steven MacLean as a fit out-and-out striker with David McMillan still missing.

Also on target at Dens Park last month was Blair Alston.

The wide midfielder has also been ruled out for the rest of the campaign, however, with a torn hamstring.

Playmaker Stefan Scougall and experienced defender Brian Easton, meanwhile, are on their way back from long-term injuries but are unlikely to be involved either.

Definitely out will be box-to-box midfielder Murray Davidson.

The 30-year-old is suspended for the game, leaving a hole in the middle of the St Johnstone midfield.

However Saturday’s game goes, the starting XIs will be different — something Dundee want to take full advantage of"

    FFS Shedka 😂😂

Couple of points Scougall played yesterday ya belter 😂 Kane and Johnstone are not first team starts. Also we were missing two Central defenders Meekings and ODea.

All they were missing was a couple of first team midfielders and they got pumped.

How many were you missing yesterday to get 3 from the Queens?

Saw the pundit pre match interview on the news. Unprofessional, childish and bairney attitude. Minter.

Thought he was a good pundit with decent balanced views, quite liked him actually. The difference in his attitude and persona since he became the leader of the Funsters has been quite marked. Pressure getting to him and the true character beginning to seep out.

Having said all that, Wright is a Fud so quite amusing to see him getting put in his place.
