Yes we all want the first team to be promoted pdfq, but while that ain't happening this season, what is so wrong about us congratulating the u18s?
this club as had plenty of kids that have make the grade clive, but your forgetting one important point, while ever this club is stuck in the championship forever and a day, it wont make any difference, they will be flogged off on a regular basis , cook, byram, taylor, howson, rose, etc. . it is very simple they wont be here long enough to make an impact .

they will be feathering radrizaanis nest egg fella, when he sells up, radrizaani wont spend what is needed on this squad to have a shot at promotion, so having a production line of good young kids coming through, wont mean anything unless he strengthens the rest of the squad.

    Okay ....

not even the reinvestment in TA and the youth set up?

or, an ability to admit mistakes - ergo the badge debacle where on the same day they held their hands up?

Good stuff. Winning is a culture and even if only 2 or 3 go up the ladder they will have been part of a winner and expect the same

Bloody lost today. Jacko out, get the U12s in, these kids clearly have no passion.
