Shaba is way to big a risk for next season. We are a club that needs to get back into the upper echelons of Scottish football and I'm sorry but he has done absolutely nothing to prove he is the man or that he is capable of doing that. We can argue all day about the players not being good enough and that he hasn't had time but at the end of the day RM had them still in the title hunt when he left, we then went into free fall with Shaba, we can debate the January signings, whether they were his or not but we know he signed Lyng and we know he had Mason on trial for weeks so whether the rest were DT's signings or not he is culpable for these 2. He is also culpable for the bizarre team selections, substitutions and tactics. My final point on things is this, Willo Flood love him or hate him is an experienced footballer who 100% loves our club he obviously doesn't think Shaba is the man for the job, that's good enough for me. His berating of Shaba the other night shows, for me a lack of support and respect for the manager, if that's how a player that loves the club feels, what do the rest think of him? We can argue all day about the players and their roles in our demise but the buck stops with the manager, it's his job to turn them into a team that will give 100% effort, support and respect. Shaba failed and has to go.

Still waiting to hear what the supporters of Csaba think he has done right in the last 7 months.

Every aspect of management - team selection, tactics, organisation, motivation and man management he has been shown totally deficient

If the new owners decide to go on with this totally awful manager they will be throwing good money after bad and driving more fans away.

    It’s simple - sack him

He's had some good results, he's had this team playing consistently a few times. It's my opinion that, with this set of players, that's no mean feat.

Is your longer term plan for the future of the club really to continue to sack managers every few months when some of the fans demand it?

No. Plan to appoint a decent manager as opposed to the dross ST has provided.

Thanks for revealing your reasoning. He’s had some good results and consistency. With the greatest respect that is ridiculous

The results have been abysmal. We were top and we ended up far behind in third. Ellis had some good results and he was there for 2 matches. Anyone in charge for 20+ matches will win some matches. The consistency was mostly absent

Also his strategy is to blame the players attitudes

The players were joint top when he came in.

The players did not respect him.

When you watch and try to listen to him that is understandable. He talks mostly nonsense

Come on wise up, in any other walk of life Shaba based on results and performances would be sacked. If you hired a gardener that couldn't do your garden you would sack them, if after 3 sackings you got another incompetent sod you wouldn't not sack him just because you had sacked the previous 3. Yes it costs money but not as much money as it costs our club to be languishing in the championship, our club will never be restored to the club it should be until we get back to the top division and every season in the championship puts us in a worse position on and off the park. There is absolutely no proof Shaba is the right man and a man capable of getting us there, there is however plenty evidence to show he is not.

If they are this bad the yes. How about a long term plan of getting the right manager in?

The long term plan should be to not continue to employ a manager that cant motivate players, cant recognise his best team, plays odd formations with players out of position, complains players arent fit, then runs them into the ground, signs diddy players that look like theyve never kicked a ball, states he wants to murder a player after an MOM performance, and to top it off, no one can understand what the **** he is talking about.
But of course, STABILITY eh? Lets stick with the madman who will take us to league one, because we dont want to change another manager.
No other reason, just stability. Stabilty. Stability. Stability.
    Ram your stability you lunatic.

Just think about it. We want promoted to the Premier League. In order to do so we need at least half a team who can cut it consistently at that level and continue to play for us if we do get promoted.

Look at our player pool and draw up a list of whom you would like to see in our first season back in the Premiership. Do you see the makings of a Premiership team with your selection? This is the reality of it. This is what we have been trying to get promoted with. All the TV and media pundits agree we have not been good enough and our player pool sucks. No one could get this team to perform consistently enough to get us promotion. I have no doubt that most of them have been playing as well as they could, but overall they are just not good enough for one reason or another. Our expectations of our Club have had an unrealistic expectation from this team of players. The fault belongs to who brought us down to this position and who signed these players. You simply cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Not even Shabba can do that, no matter how good or bad he is.

There are other more serious matters that require to be addressed first and foremost before we throw our Hungarian phrasebooks in the bin.
