    Oops.
If true, it could also mean that the journalist Jim Spence knows more about the takeover than he is reporting via his soap box.

Wonder what he didn’t like, colour of shirt, hair in a centre parting, bright white teeth? point is, is doesn’t matter what he likes, as long as the club moves forward under any new regime.

Hangers on like Arabtrust and their ilk will be fearing that the gravy train they are riding may come to an abrupt stop and they may find themselves marginalised and lose the kudos they believe they have in their current role.

I know that when the Yanks over the road came in they basically marginalised their supporters society, stripped them of their income stream and reduced them to little to no influence. I'd imagine the same would be on the agenda of a new Tannadice owner - why would you want to buy a club with 4 or 5 squabbling, small factions all looking for involvement with little in return.

Stewart isn't involved in arabtrust anymore. In fact there is a feeling amongst some that he used the trust to secure his own personal position at the club.

Not according to some media sources who have said that several deadlines have been missed by the Americans
