    Dobbie's Race For Top Scorer

Has been cut to just one goal and is being chased by the trio of Clark, Morgan and McDonald all with 14 goals and Dobbie with 15 goals.

Queens are away to Brechin City (Dobbie)
Dundee Utd are home to Livingston (McDonald)
St Mirren are away to Falkirk (Morgan)
Dunfermline are home to Dumbarton (Clark)

With Dobbie not having scored since being injured at home to Dundee Utd by Willo Flood first time around and then missing games thru injury. In fact his last goal was on 17th February in the 1-1 draw at home to Greenock Morton.

Really want the Dobmeister to win race but Nicky Clark is on fire at the moment and the Pars have Dumbarton at home though some punters will say Queens should win easily at Brechin but it was only 1 - 0 in the last game up there with on - loan defender Kerr notching the winner.

Great that Dobbie is top goalscorer again and lets hope he can do it again next season.

    4 hat-tricks this season
    Brechin City x2 - Home 27\1\18 & Away 28\4\18
    Dunfermline - Away 9\12\17
    Falkirk - Away 26\8\17

He has now scored 6 hat-tricks for Queens with his 2 previous being in his first spell with the club against Morton & Clyde.

Dobbie arrived back at Queens two seasons ago having scored 55 goals for the club.

He has now scored 53 goals in two seasons and is now on 108, six behind Thomson and 9 behind Lyle.

    19 League and 7 Cup Goals in 2016-17 (26)

    18 League and 9 Cup Goals in 2017-18 (27)

If he progresses next season to say score 28 goals he'll be on 136.....
