3. Why is it even interesting that staff have left or had their employment terminated? Football staff yes I understand fans are interested but backroom/commercial staff?

... there is nothing wrong with asking questions. From all accounts the perception was that Simon F was very capable and effective at his job. The extent of his overall contribution to the apparent success of generating off-field revenue is not known by me. But for heaven's sake we have known enough trouble over the years at ML. Owners of NCFC are custodians of the club of which we are all part to a greater or lesser extent. Many more than me have invested significantly to the upkeep of the club; so to imply it's none of our business is wide of the mark albeit we cannot have any influence over employer-employee matters nor would want to have. Call it passing interest if you wish.

I too have a passing interest. My concern is with those who have a more than passing agenda against the club's currently successful regime.

i have no agenda against Alan hardy and Darren Fletcher and yea i was concerned as i know Simon f was very talented and rated in his job and when you hear of his sacking its going to raise a few eyebrows

i am actually a door supervisor at gala casino in town and have a sia licence and with hallam record he wouldn't be able to obtain a sia licence.

To be fair SwalePie history tells us what happens in the background is often a good indicator to what happens in the future.

That said the club is in good hands right now. Mr hardy may be a raving egomaniac, and his motivation to make Notts County "World Class" maybe stems from his natural desire to do everything to the max rather than a love for Notts County, but who cares when the club will quite naturally benefit.
