If Stoke and Southampton win both of those games against Swansea and then get no more than one more point, and Swansea get no more than one point in their other two games, and we win all our remaining games, we stay up! Man City did us a huge favour by wiping out Swansea's goal difference advantage which will swing into our favour if we keep winning and they keep losing. Stokes goal difference is much worse than ours so stoke could even get two more points after beating Swansea and we would still be ahead of them on goal difference.

So its still mathematically possible and not an entirely unrealistic scenario. In fact I think the most unrealistic part of the scenario is beating Newcastle and Palace away and Spurs at home, which is a pretty tall order.
