    It's not him being political that you object to GF, but the fact that his political views are diametrically opposed to yours. In fact I can think of only one other German leader who held views similar to your own.

    Where’s the big surprise in this?

    A German wanting the UK to stay in the EU, just shows how important we are to the system and how us leaving would weaken the rest of Europe, particularly Germany.

    Basically it’s a selfish view, but yes he has the right to have that view and a liking for his mutti
