MATCH DAY POST: Bristol City v The Mighty Blades

So the final league match of the season is upon us, as we make the journey down to Bristol to play City. Sadly nothing riding on the game for either team, which a few weeks ago was seemingly a clash of 2 teams looking for a final day win to secure a play off place. Credit to our lads though, still vaguely in contention up until the final whistles of last weeks games...

How that will play out today, who knows? We've had a very unsettling week, lots of speculation and uncertainties yet to be cleared up.. this could be the farewell game to our managerial team..

    But anyway...

    Any team news?

Is Wilders heart in it this week?

Is there any point changing the lineup?

Sharp and Clarke up front if both fit?

Bristol City have already said they are probably looking to make a number of changes, with a few carrying knocks and likely to be rested. I really want to see us finish on a high though, and with enough of a swing to finish potentially 8th. We've got a good record down there, so no reason to change our outlook, and give it a good day out for the travelling supporters...

    Be safe, be proud.

Thanks to all posters who have supported this thread this season. Back again in August, and a World cup to look forward to as well.

Can you believe this can’t score to save our life’s now this. At least the team are finishing with some pride and obviously Wilder has made sure of that.

Well, at least we didn't capitulate totally. Got the body language experts standing by for CW's after match interviews...

Shows our lack of quality in depth, it like a broken record but we all know where the issues are. Still done must better than I thought at the start of the season.

Sensational finishes, especially Freeman on the volley. We've really missed him...

Finally seen the goals from Sunday - three stunners! Let's not right off our strike force just yet. Welcome back Kieron Freeman
