Heroes and Villains from the Cardiff Match

    Heroes?

Jerome, never gave up (til he pulled something in injury time), ran their defence ragged, so much more effective when the ball wasn't wizzing over his head

Keogh, he was everywhere, and I noticed for two of the goals he didn't even celebrate he was straight over to the bench, I presume asking for instructions.

Johnson, another one who never gave up, a much more imposing presence around the pitch

    Villains?

Olsson for the cock up that led to their goal

Davies, trying to Barcelona it out of defence and losing the ball, nearly costing us big time.

    Anyone?

Agreed...and I’d add Wisdom to the ‘heroes’ list...strong in defence...certainly let Jamie Ward know he was there, kept harrying and then provided the perfect ball for Vydra’s goal.
Yes, Davies made one mistake but he was excellent otherwise. Olsson was just poor.

Vydra's finish was brilliant, they can so easily end up in the back of the stand. He adds to heroes for immediate impact.

Forsyth 2nd half was Fozzie of old and I've been his biggest critic.

Rowett for having the balls to make the changes. He went with pace across the front 3 and it paid off.

Credit to Rowett for trying something different.
