First half hour we were the better side and well worth the lead. The last 15 of the half saw them the slightly better side but, having said that, Carson only had to make 1 save all half.

2nd half we defended deep which allowed then to press us. We had a few chances at a 2nd but couldn't get it. One attack saw Vyds just inside our half. He volleyed an attempted pass into their half which would have been into the path of the onrushing Lawro in the left hand channel and Jerome running hard in the right hand channel. Had it got through, our two were at speed and clear and would have been 2 on 1 with the keeper. Unfortunately, a defender just got a foot to the ball. It was an audacious ball to try.

In the end, a win would have been a huge steal.
