    Players released.

Jordan Marshal has turned down the offer of a new contract and has been released along with Rankin, Lyle, Carmichael and Akubuine. Pity about Jordan who has been one of the best and most consistent players of the last few years. Danny is unfortunately but was just too injury prone and represents a risk while young Jesse was never given the chance to show what he had. Lyle a club legend never to be forgotten.

Marshall will be a huge loss, the others mentioned maybe not as much.Basically Queens need two solid right and left backs, before the rest of the team takes shape.Good luck Jordan, wherever you may end up.

Defo one of our better players over the last 3 seasons and would not be surprised at all if he has been approached by
another club - good luck wherever you end up son.

Ditto. Really sorry to see him go but good luck to him regardless.

Marshall will play at a higher level. Sorry to see him leave. Not surprised with Rankin Carmichael Akubuine leaving. Knew Lyle was going. Glad Brownlie Mercer signed up.

No surprise about Rankin. Lost count of the amount of goals he's cost us. Danny should never have been brought back, Lyle we know about and Jessie never given a chance for us to see what he can do.

Could have shown Martin the door and I can't see Ross Ferguson turning into a goal machine either.

Marshall isn't SPL standard and never will be, his height lets him down. Big loss for us all the same.

Marshall will get a slightly bigger club but in terms of much higher level I think he’s very limited, Kevin holt was a step above him and he’s struggled to adapt in the top league.

Shame about Marshall as I thought he might have stayed for one more season before moving on but happy the rest is leaving especially Rankin.

I did hear rumours at Brechin that an ex player could be coming back next season but no names was given.

    Let's hope it's Gavin Reilly
