    Signings this season ratings

    Based on performances..

Lee Evans 8/10 - 2 cracking goals and looks good on the ball, good age too.
Ryan Leonard 5/10 - Looked poor Hull away in his first start but looked better at centre half.
Clayton Donaldson 6/10 - Great at Sunderland and Villa away with 2 goals each.. thats it.
Jamal Blackman 7/10 - Poor at low shots but good in the air and been ok.
Richard Stearman 7/10 - Solid at this level and a leader.
George Baldock 9/10 - On a par with Freeman, probably best signing.
Ched Evans 2/10 - Looked poor when played, not same player.
Enda Stevens 6/10 - Done ok but can easily improve a player from league 2.
John Lundstram - 6/10 - Steady player but gives ball away, still a good age though.
James Wilson 2/10 - Poor to say from Man U, doesn't look bothered.
    Cameron Carters-Vickers - 5/10 - Solid enough but prone to a mistake.

Can't rate hardly played a game.
    Nathan Thomas
    Ricky Holmes
    Ben Heneghan

To say we've had **** all money there's been some good business aswell as pointless signings. Alot of players have been over hyped IMO but we will see after a good pre-season... UTB

i think its about 50 50 on our signings this season i know lee evans has his critics but i like him and think he can only get better and could well chip in with a few goals next season the bad end to the season and boardroom unrest has clouded this season a bit but i think with 4 or 5 decent quality signings either permanent or loans and we could have another very good season lots of doom and gloom about just now but weve a good bunch of lads at the lane now and i am cautiously optimistic for next season utb ftp

I think Enda is better than a 6,Lundy also, both a 7 for me.Enda aint a league 2 player anymore he's a championship player.Ya can't rate 4 of em cos they've hardly played but ya gi a ratin to Leonard who's hardly played.I think Stearman improved dramatically after a sluggish start as a BLADE.UTCB

Lee Evans 6/10 - He will benefit from having Coutts on the training ground,(this is how you do it son)
Ryan Leonard 3/10 -Never going to nail a permanent place down in the team.
Clayton Donaldson 7/10 -Like him just wish we could have had him earlier in his career.
    Jamal Blackman 8/10 - Imposing
Richard Stearman 7/10 - He is ok but goes awol at critical times.
George Baldock 8/10 - Poor final ball and does not score, thats why he is behind Freeman for me.
Ched Evans 1/10 - Seen better days sadly, dont think he will get them back.
Enda Stevens 5/10 - Being found out lately oppo goals down to his poor defending.
John Lundstram - 5/10 - he is somewhere between Lg1 and Chp standard.
    James Wilson 1/10 -..........Pointless signing
Cameron Carters-Vickers -7/10 ..........just for scoring the goal at Bolton.
Holmes - 3/10............bewildered by his signing and i bet he is too.
Thomas - 5/10.........will be knocking on the door for sure,he is the most direct attacker we have.
Henegan - 5/10........played a solid game against Preston in the FA Cup,he is a maybe for the future.

Lee Evans 9,excellent start to his United career,

Leonard 4,there is obviously more to the lad than what he has shown thus far

    Donaldson 6,early goals got him a 6,

Jamal 8,on the whole been very good, would be nice to sign him permanently but I am not holding my breath

    Stearman 7,steady eddie,

    Baldock 8,done ok, ,

Ched 1,speaking as someone who wanted him to do so well,a very big let down,

Stevens 5,bugs me a lot this lad, prefer Lafferty if I am being honest

    Lundstram 6,done ok I suppose

Wilson 2,gets 1 more than Ched because he scored at Norwich

CCV,never recovered from that cock up v Fulham, thought he was doing ok up till then

I think Lenny will come good if he can settlers up here, a good preseason will help him. I watched a few Southend games while we were supposedly after him and we haven’t seen the player I watched in them. Albeit in a division lower he looked as good as anything we’d got and I’d would have banked on him making the step up.

Agree with most of the other comments except I think Baldock overall is far better then Freeman as a wingback. I think Freeman’s goals maybe took our eyes of a lot of his defensive frailties, clubs were targeting our right flank even in L1.

Leonard's first start was Norwich away not Hull. Thought he was really decent in his first start.

And Evans does not score higher than Blackman IMO.

I think both George and Keiron are good but for me George is alot better in the wing back role,i agree Gray last seasons goals seem to have blinkered some fans on how slack Keiron could be defensively. No way is Lafferty better than Enda in my opinion, then i looked who posted it and it was Benny Blockmod, nuff said.
