Everton may get a points deduction next year for illegal approaches to Marco Silva and have to pay Watford compensention if they appoint him.
With Everton likely to pay Watford a seven-figure settlement fee — and after parting with managers Roberto Martinez and Ronald Koeman — it will mean Moshiri will have spent almost £20m in severance payments in just over two years.

But he's worth every penny OC. When he took over Everton were in a relegation battle with 15 points from 14 games, under Sam they've taken 34 points from 24 games, that return over a full season would have seen them in 7th and playing in Europe instead of us. From possible relegation to 8th in the league, at £6m Everton have had a bargain.
Yes I agree and now they throw him away. Be careful what you wish for couldn’t be Rovers Mark 2.
West Ham are currently managerless though David Sullivan has already had a meeting with Shakhtar Donetsk boss Paulo Fonseca about taking over.
Sullivan is intent on a new face coming in, with interviews scheduled with Unai Emery as well later this week while he will meet with Moyes early next week. Gold wants to keep Moyes so will be interesting who Lady Karen wants.
