    Cheap ticket drawback.

It means the idiots can afford to attend.

Quite right Sax , those ‘idiots’ are not actual football supporters, they’re just out there to make a spectacle of themselves thinking they’re being actually smart!

My view is that the club is connecting with fans and potential fans, this created a vibrant atmosphere at Ewood, one I have never witnessed in my 50 odd years of attending this famous venue. Loads of kids were at the game and many were dragged onto the pitch at the end which was slightly regrettable but given the euphoria was understandable. The one thing that struck me other than beach balls was the unity amongst our fans. Gone were snarling faces and actual assaults and back were smiles and humour. We have our Rovers back.

I was a little disappointed at the end especially as I was down by the corner flag with my daughter
    She felt a little intimidated
Look I realise it's a good moment in years of gloom but after the club released a statement about staying in your seats and just enjoy the party it did mar the occasion slightly
No taking it away it was bloody good to have ewood back to the good old days.

IF, these self same 'fans' , are seen to continue next year - fantastic.
But, I am personally doubtful if that is going to be the case.
Don't get me wrong here, I am inferring towards the ones of an age who should know better
As for their offspring: if they are energised to want to watch and support their home town team and the parents are prepared to facilitate, again that's great.

    Let's just wait and see

Just to repeat, this is not a 'raining on someone's parade' musing, but a response to what could be a punishment by the enlightened governing body ie elf an safety an all that. Prior to final whistle - that was stupid in the extreme.

I don't think the FA will punish the club as there were no threats of violence or goading of away fans unlike Wigan against City, it was just sheer enthusiasm . I am not in favour of pitch invasions but everyone must have known it was going to happen, I can't see there being 5000 prosecutions for entering the field of play, it won't happen folks.

There's been problems before with trouble fans at these cheap games. I had the misfortune of sitting next to a drunken aggressive racist one years back, who made it clear he wanted to fight me for not joining in his racist tirade. Thankfully fans around about helped out and he got removed.

Isn't it partly this obsession so many people seem to have with appearing on TV?
Half the world's population seem to turn into gurning morons, the moment a camera is pointed at them.

It's funny you touched on that aucks as I thought the same when at least 2 families near to us gave the very same impression
"Let's go on it will be fun"
I shook my head in disbelief
Was It celebrating getting a already confirmed runner's up or just sticking 2 fingers up at the authorities
The odd few escorted from the field were greeted with aggression and it created a bit of a atmosphere in what should of been a celebration.
