I would keep him. Plays the sitting midfield role far better than O'Connor ever did. Ball playing recently has allowed McLean to play in a more attacking role,his proper position and we have reaped the benefits of that.

Certainly came onto a game for the last few weeks of the season.

Wouldn't pay a transfer fee for him but if available on a free, worth a shout.

I hope we have another look at him pre season would hate to let him go based upon last few games I have watched him play for you. I just feel he needed a run of games. He's only a young lad and was highly thought of at Spurs as a academy player but his prospects there were very limited.he looks useful playing in front of a back 4 to me.
