Didn’t this time either? Can you point out where?

The seasons mentioned barring 99 were all top six seasons, where you wouldn't expect much after the break. A pre-split comparison would be more useful but doubt we'll see one.

In your post about no huns, jambos etc. Has the current manager out-performed the previous pre-split or not? Not to say he hasn't done a great job post-split, better than possibly even bomber, canny mind

We’ve only finished in top 6 3 times ever I think so a comparison a bit pointless.

Again point out where I mentioned Hartley?
The original post was about Dundee FC the under achievers, and the current manager whose doing ok. His record compares to most Dee managers in SPL split era.

Agree with all of the original especially the paragraphs regarding the extra attendance and almost disastrous transfer window. Only thing I would say is that it was arguably'as successful' rather than attractive. Beating teams consistently at Dens in my opinion would bring crowds in.

You have to go back to 1984-1988 for more SPL wins in a season and those were 44 game seasons.

We have under achieved for many years and now we need to be stable and build, some of the crap from the stands is completely unjustified but Dundee fans have always been this way.

Utd are down and staying down, we need to build a bit and attract younger fans and reach some semi finals or finals to get interest. The cups have been a disaster for us for quite some time and I'd like to see focus on winning or getting to the final of the League Cup, too long we've had no success.

I would have supported Hartley exactly the same way but we were going down, McCann has us well away from that.

I hope we keep our better players, changes some things with others and keep progressing.
    You did

We’ve got an apprentice manager so to speak , any decent apprentice learns from his mistakes , like I’ve said before he’s got something, learning curve this season hopefully

Your original post was a skewed version of some statistics which you don't want to correct for some reason. This season has been brutal for those who aren't McCann groupies, post-split form won't change that. Although it does help forget about it.
