    I just heard Mikkelsen mentioned in commentary as we had a good chance. About 10 minutes into the second half that's the first time I've heard his name all night.

    I had actually just checked the team lines to see if he was actually playing as he was in the picture at the top of the screen but hadn't been mentioned.
