It was a great strike, if the club get the coaching and development right then leeds have their 2 target strikers for the next decade at least in grot and Edmondson

Goal is a bit special, if he can be convinced to put more energy into game, we may have quite a player on our hands.

I'd be more impressed if the loop on the strike didn't stink of a slight deflection and the keeper was over 5 foot 8

Much as it pains me.to agree with ANYTHING Jimmy might post, he's right. And even if he wasn't one good goal doesn't make a player (look at Ekuban or Sacko for proof!). He hasn't shown any promise or potential before, get rid.

Going to have to disagree on this one 😃 Watched the goal multiple times and genuinely can't see any deflection the shot. Keeper could have been 10 foot tall and world class and they still wouldn't have saved that one. Agree it's time he delivered, showed a bit more but think it's a bit early to be getting rid of him yet.

I wouldn't just simplistically say "get rid" just yet although I understand hailing from Holland qualifies in Bobs and WTFs book as a "back and beyond" signing ...

Don't care where they come from, if they're not good enough, they're not good enough, get rid.

Btw, Grot is of Suriname descendancy, not quite Netherlands (Holland (north and south), are only consituents parts of that particular country, bit like English counties), but I'd still be happy to keep him at Leeds, if he was any good enough, which he isnt.
