heroes and villains from the fulham game

Great game IMUO, we rode our luck but defended well, didn't rate Fulham at all

Hero? Curtis Davies, never left his marker all game, a really disciplined effort

Villain? our throw-in coach, we might as well just give the opposition the throw in, we are shocking at them and its such a waste

    Roll on monday!

    Anyone?

Davies stood out, a true Captain's performance. However, tremendous effort from everybody!! Can their tired old legs do it again?? Doubtful, so GR needs to find a way to nick a couple of goals!! Proud to be a Ram, tonight!!

Agree with that mac. Nice to feel proud coming away from a game.
Only Vydra didn’t really get into it...maybe he’s saving it for the winner on Monday.
Villain...the linesman in front of the East stand...bloody clueless...and their keeper, Bettinelli, haven’t seen a keeper so incompetent with the ball at his feet since Junior school. We need to remember that on Monday.

Yeah, noticed the goalie was wobbly!! Probably used to watching the outfield players painting pretty pictures in the opposition end!! Need to put more pressure on him!!
Vydra might be held back Monday to see how the games developing. Still in it that's the main thing. Coyr.

Hear hear, I thought Tom was immense last night. Calm head in a torrent storm. At times he slowed everything right down and showed experience at a much higher level.

What a goal, brilliant ball in and a forward hungry to win. On effort alone we deserved a lead.

Last 20 minutes their keeper was closer to the halfway line than to his area. I was imploring Big Tom to give us one his pinpoint 70 yard passes..... right into the back of the net.

rA - that linesman was not a villain. He got it right. Gaining an advantage from having been in an offside position. Their 2 defenders will have, to an extent, discounted CJ as he was offside. He then quickly moved into an onside position, in clear space and away from any marker when the ball was played. The linesman was correct to flag and it is precisely this situation that sees the ref make a one handed waving motion above his head to indicate that the offside player had gained such an advantage by running back onside.......

I’ll bow to your superior knowledge of officiating. Sometimes you see things more clearly on TV too, but from where I was sitting he spent most of the night guessing and I always secretly enjoy a villainous official anyway.

Their keeper is an accident waiting to happen as far as distribution and clearance are concerned.

Great effort by everyone players and fans Whatever happens now we've proved we can compete with the best in this division We were out on our legs at the end Going to be very difficult there not sure we can recover our legs Think we need to stop their midfield three that's where they damage you Think maybe bring Ledley in and sacrifice either Weimann or Lawrence Fulham had a lad on the bench Kamara so glad they didn't bring him on he's better than Boros Traore Imo
