It's clear the Israelis got it wrong again, there was no malicious intent in Hamas social media downloading Google maps with the routes to the nearest Israeli communities clearly marked. Those unarmed, peaceful Palestinians merely wanted to stroll across the border and drop in for a nice cup of tea, and a cosy, friendly chat with their Israeli neighbours. An appalling lack of hospitality from the IDF in the face of such a friendly gesture from their peace loving neighbours, they ought to be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

They can't accuse Israel of targeting schools and hospitals when they're attacking the Israeli border, so they bring their children along with them, I'll be amazed if they can't come up with someone killed in a wheelchair before this is all over, their cynicism knows no bounds.

You couldn't make it up, right on cue there's a photo in the Mail, and possibly other papers, this morning of an amputee Palestinian in a wheelchair aiming slingshot at the IDF. He's a lucky boy, I'm sure Hamas would have ensured he was in a prominent position, and been praying that the IDF put one between his eyes.

While the IDF has indeed explicitly instructed not to fire at women or children, it has urged them to refrain from coming near the fence, saying they are putting themselves in harm's way by doing so.

Sixty-one people were killed in Monday's riots, with more than 1,200 wounded. Senior Hamas official Salah Bardawil told Palestinian media Wednesday that 50 of the Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip border riots Monday belonged to the terror group's ranks.

Continuing an 11 year old embargo and effectively imprisoning millions of people on the Gaza strip.

Listening to and taking orders from your own right wing hawks, the Trump Administration and the Christian Evangelicals in the US who seem to believe Jesus will return and take control of Jerusalem.

If the IDF think that murdering 60 unharmed Muslims is a solution for peace, then good luck with that!

But what is the solution for peace when you are dealing with an organisation, Hamas, who refuse to negotiate any peace settlement, and whose stated intent is to destroy your country and murder all it's citizens ?
