This is another good link. On average every round is harder next season than this season as a bunch of diddy teams are knocked out in preliminary round. That makes it just a bit harder to be seeded as well as potentially harder draws

Hopefully in the coming weeks we’ll see a better update as to where we stand.
I reckon we’ll be seeded for QR2 again and may just be on the cusp of seeding for QR3
I believe having to play in QR1 is actually beneficial to help blow off the cobwebs rather than starting against a slightly tougher side.

No. We would be unseeded for QR2.

There are 15 additional teams that enter at QR3 stage so just because a team is seeded in QR2 doesn't mean they will definitely be seeded in QR3 draw so if we get a lower ranked but still seeded team in QR2 they may not be seeded in QR3. It's tough to know whether we would want a weaker but more beatable seed in QR2 that gives us a tougher QR3 tie or a Rijeka type stronger seed in QR2 that is less beatable but gets us seeded in QR3 so a more winnable game.

Sorry meant to add that same applies for Play Off round, which is drawn before QR3.

If I dream a little, probably best scenario if we want to make Group stages is easier seeded team in QR2, which gets us one of the better QR3 seeded teams, who we somehow manage to beat and we take their seeding into PO draw so we get easier tie in Play Off Round, which we then win and lo and behold we are in Group Stages. Easy!!!
