Aberdeen won’t do a deal for the home leg until a sufficient enough numbers of match tickets have been sold. It will get shown and probably announced in the next few days. BT Sport being the obvious candidate to screen the home leg.

Yes they've done the same thing last few years haven't they. You'd hope it'd be a sell out

The club should be disappointed if it is not a sell out.
They have only themselves to blame though.

Yes there does seem to be a big black cloud of doom and gloom hanging over us. I've pretty much written off Burnley games. Hopefully get a bit of cash from tv. I'm hopeful we do get a couple of decent signings in but Burnley games will just be too soon for them. Use them as warm ups to stuff the huns

The clubs pathetic dealings in the transfer window means they can only blame themselves if it doesn’t sell out.

Milne will reap what the miserly old c**t sows.

Instead of this thread being called "Europa League Campaign", we should rename it "The Europa League Double Header", the way things are panning out we will be lucky if we have enough players on the pitch to start a bloody game.

I wonder if we should just punt Joe Lewis, Scott McKenna and Graeme Shinnie just to make sure Burnley and Rangers have half a chance of giving us a game since us being 2nd top dogs last season shouldn’t be underestimated. Burnley were only 7th in guff football so we can afford to tool down for that double header. Rangers on this side of the border are just a new team that is punching well above it’s weight and surely that will not last. It’s a clever decoy by Milne and McInnes but in fairness of sporting integrity it is certainly thoughtful of them to give our opposition the best opportunity possible.

The deal will already be done, it just won't be announced for a wee while as agreed in the contract.

The club are not as daft to turn down a decent chunk of TV money for a tie like this, which has more appeal to UK broadcasters than your average early Europa League qualifier.
